Are you licensed and insured?

Of course! I am a Full Specialist Esthetician with 6+ years in the beauty industry. I am here to protect “I AM” Day Spa and you!

 

What are your terms and conditions?

We understand life happens. However, to provide an optimal booking experience a policy is in place.

 

Canceling/Rescheduling an appointment 72 hours in advance will result in no charge. 

 

Canceling/Rescheduling an appointment 48 hours in advance will result in a fee of 50% of the amount of the service booked. If a client reschedules, the fee can be utilized towards the next appointment held in the next 2 months. 

 

Cancelling/Rescheduling an appointment 24 hours in advance will result in a fee of 100% of the amount of the service booked. “I AM” Day Spa offers a credit for the first time and if a client reschedules, the fee can be utilized towards the next appointment held in the next 2 months. After the first offense, the fee is not used as a credit. 

 

Frequent rescheduling and cancellations (3 times in a row/72 hour or less of the appointment) will result in full payment of the service in advance.

 

“I AM” a Member membership holders will forfeit the month’s service if canceling/rescheduling 24 hours or less of the appointment. 

 

If the card on file is declined, the fee for the cancellation is due prior to booking the next service and “I AM” Day Spa will send an invoice to be fulfilled. 

 

What if I am sick and can’t make it? Due to the high volume of clients the 100% fee will still be charged. 

What skincare line do you use?

We use mainly Image Skincare! However, “I Am” Day Spa has access to and uses a variation of product lines to customize your treatment. That is how we customize the perfect skincare regimen for you. 

 

Do I have to book a facial to see you and get advice? 

Absolutely not! You are more than welcome to reach out for basic questions, but an individual consultation might be necessary if a skin analysis is needed.  Go to “Book Now” and schedule an appointment with “I AM” Day  Spa now! 

 

What should I expect in my appointment?

You will receive a comprehensive facial. It begins with a consultation to discuss all skincare concerns and needs. Next you will receive a full skin analysis and then a facial customized to you and your needs. Following the facial you will be provided a customized home care plan that fits you, your needs, your budget, and what you are already currently using in your regimen.

 

How often should I get a facial?

That is totally dependent on the treatment plan you and your esthetician have chosen together. Generally, 4-6 weeks is recommended for maintenance.
